Unit Description:
Located on Perdido Key directly on the Gulf of Mexico, unit 906 is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath that sleeps 2-4 people. The unit has been completely renovated and is one of a handful (one-bedroom units) that has a walk-in shower. The living room has a Lazy-Boy recliner, swivel chair, and a queen size sofa bed. The dining area seats six people and the kitchen is fully equipped. Except for the bedroom, all areas are tiled.

You can feel at home with a new 32 inch LCD Television, an entertainment center for listening pleasure, a video library and books galore for the avid reader - all part of the living room area. Also a VCR and DVD player are available as is Broadband Internet access. The unit is also "child" friendly with a supply of videos, puzzles and board games for those family evening hours. Bedroom has king size bed, plenty of storage space, and a new 25 inch flat screen TV.

The balcony has a panoramic view of the Gulf and has high back chairs and also a chaise lounge. The view of the sunset is spectacular as is the sugar white sands of Perdido Beach. From the balcony you also have the view of the indoor and outdoor pool areas. In addition, the grounds are great with a huge fenced in grassy lawn for kids and BBQ grills for you and your family to have a cookout.

The Perdido Sun has 300 feet of beachfront access and has a beach service right at the foot of the resort grounds. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. It is located near Johnson Beach State Park, close to the Pensacola NAS Air Museum, and just minutes away from the Blue Angels' practice fields. Golf at several world class golf courses within a short distance or shop at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall.

This is a non-smoking unit and the building has a No Pets policy.
