Living room has comfortable chairs and a Lazy-Boy recliner, and a queen size sofa bed. The dining area seats six people. All areas are newly tiled, except the bedroom that is carpeted.

Feel at home with a new 32 inch LCD Television, an entertainment center for listening pleasure, a video library and books galore for the avid reader - all part of the living room area. Also a VCR and DVD player are available as is Broadband Internet access. The unit is also "child" friendly with a supply of videos, puzzles and board games for those family evening hours. Bedroom has king size bed, plenty of storage space, and a 25 inch TV.

The balcony has a panoramic view of the Gulf and has high back chairs and also a chaise lounge. The view of the sunset is spectacular as is the sugar white sands of Perdido Beach. From the balcony you also have the view of the indoor and outdoor pool areas. In addition, the grounds are great with a huge grassy lawn by the pool for kids to play on. On the opposite side of the indoor pool, BBQ grills for you and your family to have a cookout.
