2010 is the first year the owners have made this unit available for rent!!!! This tastefully decorated 1 bedroom / 1.5 bath direct ocean front condo provides panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Perdido Key. The use of neutral colors in shades of sand, sea oats and coral enhance the upscale West Indies Island decor. The unit features all new furnishing, custom window treatments, a new side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispensers, new carpet in the bedroom and tile floors throughout the living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes many extras such as a George Foreman grill, crock pot, Belgium waffle iron and a smoothie blender for making those special frozen drinks. You will also enjoy cable TV and WIRELESS high-speed internet access allowing use of your laptop on the balcony or at the convenient computer workstation located in the dining room.

The spacious, private balcony is equipped with upscale deck furniture including a bar height table with seating for 4 and two swivel bar height captains chairs. In addition to the spectacular views of the gulf, you can catch the morning sunrise and the evening sunset from the comfort of your balcony.

The living room is quipped with a 41” LCD FLATSCREEN TV for watching your favorite sporting event or viewing a movie from the DVD Player. In addition, the living room features a queen sofa bed, large entertainment center with plenty of storage, dinning table with seating for 6 and a bar/buffet unit with additional storage.

The master bedroom with private bath features a king size bed and is equipped with abundant storage. In addition there is a 20" LCD FLATSCREEN TV and DVD Player.

The resort provides 300 feet of beachfront and all amenities necessary to enhance your vacation including a large outdoor pool, an enclosed heated indoor pool with a retractable roof to let in fresh air and sunlight, outdoor hot tub, grassy BBQ area, an exercise room, a large lobby, a conference room with full kitchen and 3 elevators for your convenience.
