bath beachfront condo has been stylishly decorated and has
a breathtaking view of the relaxing Perdido Key beachfront.
Located on the east side of the resort, which is the best
part as the east side is closer to the beaches, both bedrooms
have a spectacular view of the gulf! Along with the views
from both bedrooms, the private balcony allows for another
priceless view of the gulf you can enjoy in the open air from
the comfort of our rocker or other upscale deck furniture.
Whether you are searching for a snowbird resort get-a-way
or planning the family's summer vacation, this fully equipped
condo comes complete with all of your vacationing needs and
is sure to provide the perfect setting for a most memorable
vacation!
The sleeping arrangements
are ideal for a group of friends needing to escape or even
a small family. The master suite has been furnished with a
plush king bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom
is roomy with a queen sized bed and access to the additional
full bathroom. Then lastly, the living room has been furnished
with a comfortable convertible couch… and, for those
after-dinner movie nights, we have gone above and beyond to
supply both bedrooms with top of the line LCD televisions,
the living room with a new slim-line television and all rooms
with DVD players. The condo even has a high-speed internet
connection!
The resort and its amenities
have totally been remodeled whereas they now feature a large
outdoor pool, glass solarium enclosed heated indoor pool complete
with a convertible rooftop, outdoor hot tub, newly equipped
fitness room, grassy BBQ area, a large lobby with comfortable
sitting area, a conference room with full kitchen, and three
elevators for your convenience. The Perdido Sun boasts 300
feet of beachfront access and even has negotiated a beach
service right at the foot of the resort grounds to be utilized
at your discretion. There is a new shopping center is located
directly across the street which features some of the island's
great live music at the Jellyfish Bar, morning coffee at Lost
key Java, and a Beach Planet surf shop for the kids! If this
is your first time to our beautiful Island paradise, then
it is good know that we are within walking distance to Johnson
Beach State Park, close to the Pensacola NAS air museum, and
just minutes away from the Blue Angels' practice skies. Come
